The purpose of this website is to present and sell Polo Camiño Studio products: clothing, 3D printed toys and board games. Accessing and using the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms.
Users agree to use the site lawfully, not to damage systems or content, and not to use them for fraudulent purposes. The owner reserves the right to remove content or restrict access in the event of misuse.
All content on this site (illustrations, logos, characters, photographs, 3D models, texts and web design) is the property of Xulián Pintos / Polo Camiño Studio or licensed for use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before completing the purchase.
Payment is processed through Shopify’s secure gateway. This site does not store card or payment data.
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.
Orders ship from O Pino (A Coruña, Galicia, Spain) to the destinations offered at checkout, where delivery times and costs are detailed. 3D printed products may require additional production time, indicated on the product page where applicable.
In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without justification.
To exercise this right, contact info@polocaminostudio.com. The product must be returned in its original condition. Once received, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method.
Custom-made or personalised products made to the consumer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Products are covered by the 3-year legal conformity warranty provided by Spanish law for new goods. In the event of a defective product, contact info@polocaminostudio.com to arrange repair, replacement or refund.

The owner is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the site or for the content of third-party sites linked from this page (for example, social networks). Product images are indicative; as items are printed and hand-painted, small variations may occur.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts determined by applicable law, while always respecting the jurisdiction of the consumer’s domicile.
